You'll work with a variety of tools and software, including AutoCAD and BIM 360, to manage and document maintenance activities. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance tasks to ensure the safety and functionality of our facilities.
- Inspect and maintain building structures, including roofs, walls, and foundations.
- Conduct regular checks and inspections to identify and address any potential issues.
- Use tools and software such as AutoCAD and BIM 360 to manage and document maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of maintenance projects.
- Comply with all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Monitor and maintain HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on maintenance activities and facility conditions.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in civil works maintenance.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and BIM 360 is a plus.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform heavy lifting.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
