Lending & Funding Account Officer - Financial Services (Bali)

As a Lending & Funding Account Officer, you will be at the forefront of connecting clients with tailored financial solutions. Your daily tasks will involve prospecting, onboarding, and servicing clients, ensuring they have access to the most suitable credit and funding options. You’ll use tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and QuickBooks to manage client data, track interactions, and streamline processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prospect and onboard new clients, ensuring they meet the criteria for credit and funding solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and personalized service.
• Promote and sell credit and funding products to meet client needs and financial goals.
• Use Salesforce and HubSpot to manage client data, track interactions, and streamline processes.
• Conduct credit assessments and approvals, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor client accounts, providing regular updates and support to ensure financial health.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely disbursements and repayments.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in financial services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related role, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of credit and funding solutions, including loans, lines of credit, and other financial products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proficient in using Salesforce, HubSpot, and QuickBooks for client management and data analysis.
• Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
