In this role, you will be responsible for driving the enablement of our field engineering teams, ensuring they have the tools, resources, and support needed to deliver exceptional value to our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and develop the enablement strategy for our field engineering teams, ensuring they are equipped with the latest tools, technologies, and best practices.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address the enablement needs of our field engineers, driving continuous improvement and innovation.,Provide training, mentoring, and coaching to our field engineers, fostering a culture of learning and development.,Develop and maintain enablement materials, including documentation, templates, and training programs, to support our field engineers in their day-to-day work.,Monitor and analyze the performance of our field engineering teams, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and incorporate these into our enablement strategy.,Build and maintain strong relationships with our field engineering teams, understanding their challenges, and working together to find solutions.,Represent Databricks at industry events, conferences, and forums, sharing our expertise and insights with the broader data and AI community.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.,8+ years of experience in a field engineering or technical enablement role, preferably in the data and AI space.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.,Proven track record of driving continuous improvement and innovation in enablement and training programs.,Familiarity with data and AI technologies, including platforms like Databricks, is a plus.,Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
