📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and submit accurate cost estimates for HVAC systems, including equipment, labor, and materials.
• Analyze project specifications and technical drawings to determine the scope of work.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure estimates align with project goals.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to verify the accuracy of estimates and identify potential issues.
• Maintain detailed records of all estimates and project-related documentation.
• Stay updated with industry standards, regulations, and technological advancements in HVAC systems.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of cost-saving strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC estimation, with a focus on commercial and residential projects.
• Proficient in using HVAC estimation software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Estimating Master.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards relevant to Bali.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Professional and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
