TT Steel Processing is seeking a skilled and experienced Production Leader or Machine Operator to join our team in Denpasar, Bali. We are a leading steel processing company committed to delivering high-quality products and services to our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring that all machines are operating efficiently, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment. You will also be expected to train and mentor junior staff members, and to contribute to the continuous improvement of our production processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the production process to ensure that all machines are operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of the products being manufactured.
  • Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the work environment is safe and clean.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our production processes.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve our production targets.
  • Ensure that all production equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the production area to identify and address any issues or concerns.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing or steel processing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
  • Commitment to safety and quality assurance.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
