As an HSE Staff, you will be responsible for implementing and enforcing health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures at PT Haida Biotechnology Indonesia. You will work closely with the management team to identify and mitigate potential hazards, conduct regular safety inspections, and provide training to employees on safety protocols and procedures.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Provide training and education to employees on safety protocols and procedures.
• Monitor and report on environmental performance and compliance.
• Ensure that all safety equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) is properly maintained and in good working condition.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as government agencies and regulatory bodies, to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive safety and environmental documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the biotechnology or manufacturing industry.
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
