🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Regional Planning, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in regional development, with a proven track record of leading transformative initiatives.
• Strong understanding of regional development policies, strategies, and best practices.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder management.
