📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform detailed audits of financial statements, ensuring compliance with Indonesian GAAP and international standards.
• Assist in the planning and execution of audit engagements, including risk assessments and sampling.
• Analyze financial data and identify potential issues or discrepancies.
• Prepare audit reports and documentation, including working papers and management letters.
• Collaborate with clients and other team members to address audit findings and implement improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in audit and accounting.
• Participate in quality control reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide support to senior team members on complex audit projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in audit or accounting, preferably in a Big 4 firm or similar environment.
• Proficiency in Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards (e.g., IFRS).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with audit software such as Oracle Hyperion, Workday, or similar tools.
• Certifications such as CPA, CA, or ACCA are a plus.
