📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement security awareness programs to educate employees on the latest threats and best practices.
• Create engaging and informative training materials, including videos, presentations, and infographics.
• Conduct workshops and webinars to educate employees on security topics.
• Monitor employee behavior to identify potential security risks.
• Measure the effectiveness of security awareness programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Work closely with the security team to ensure that our company remains secure and compliant with industry standards.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest security trends and best practices.
• Provide security awareness training to new employees and contractors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT security awareness.
• Knowledge of security standards and regulations, including ISO 27001, NIST, and COBIT.
• Experience with security awareness tools and platforms, such as KnowBe4, PhishMe, or Proofpoint.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective security awareness programs.
• Certifications in IT security, such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA, are a plus.
