As a Civil Project Engineer, you’ll oversee the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering works, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver projects that meet client expectations and regulatory requirements. This role offers the chance to work with advanced tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera P6, and to gain valuable experience in a diverse and innovative construction environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects, including infrastructure, roads, and utilities.
• Oversee site inspections, quality control, and compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
• Prepare detailed project reports, including cost estimates, schedules, and risk assessments.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Conduct site surveys and prepare detailed drawings and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and site personnel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in civil project engineering, with a strong background in infrastructure and construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera P6.
• Knowledge of Indonesian construction laws and regulations.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
