📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform detailed audits of financial statements, ensuring compliance with Indonesian GAAP and international standards.
Assist in the planning and execution of audit engagements, including risk assessments and sampling.
Analyze financial data and identify potential issues or discrepancies.
Prepare audit reports and documentation, including working papers and management letters.
Collaborate with clients and other team members to address audit findings and implement improvements.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in audit and accounting.
Participate in quality control reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide support to senior team members on complex audit projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in audit or accounting, preferably in a Big 4 firm or similar environment.
Proficiency in Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards (e.g., IFRS).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Experience with audit software such as Oracle Hyperion, Workday, or similar tools.
Certifications such as CPA, CA, or ACCA are a plus.
