📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of diverse learners.,Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation, collaboration, and creativity.,Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth and development.,Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure the holistic development of our students.,Stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends, best practices, and technologies to continuously improve teaching methods.,Participate in school-wide events, activities, and initiatives to enrich the educational experience for all students.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, relevant subject, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a relevant setting.,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian curriculum and educational standards.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders.,Passion for education and a commitment to making a positive impact on students' lives.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.,Valid teaching certification or license, as required by Indonesian law.
