📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage site operations to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.,Conduct regular site inspections and maintenance to identify and address issues promptly.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks.,Develop and implement site improvement plans to enhance productivity and safety.,Monitor and maintain site equipment and machinery to ensure they are in good working condition.,Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and site personnel.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on the site.,Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure site safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing site operations and ensuring compliance with regulations.,Strong technical skills and knowledge of site equipment and machinery.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with safety regulations and standards.,Experience with continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
