📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue for our premium retail and commercial spaces.,Identify and attract high-quality tenants for our properties, both locally and internationally.,Negotiate and finalize leasing agreements, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.,Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants, providing exceptional customer service and support.,Monitor market trends and competition, and adapt leasing strategies accordingly to stay ahead of the curve.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and potential tenants.,Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to promote our properties and attract tenants.,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on leasing performance and market conditions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in leasing, preferably in the premium retail and commercial spaces market.,Proven track record of success in leasing, with a strong focus on occupancy and revenue maximization.,Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.,Knowledge of local market trends, regulations, and best practices in Bali is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
