Rumah Sakit Wati Kebab is looking for a Senior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the hospital, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Manage the payroll process for employees.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights for decision making.,Oversee the preparation of the monthly and annual financial statements.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data.,Handle audits and ensure compliance with internal policies.,Provide training and support to junior accountants.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
