📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety standards, as well as local regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and mentor staff to ensure high levels of customer service and food quality.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Manage budgets and ensure the restaurant operates within financial constraints.,Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Ensure the restaurant's image and brand are consistently represented.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to manage budgets and financial resources.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Experience with marketing and customer relations.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
