📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the store operations, including inventory, staff, and customer service.,Support the Store Manager in implementing retail strategies and plans.,Ensure the store meets sales targets and maintains high customer satisfaction.,Monitor store performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Assist in training and developing store staff.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Assist in budgeting and financial management for the store.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and management principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to travel to the store location as needed.
