📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Conduct cost analysis and negotiate prices to ensure competitive pricing.,Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and procedures.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports to provide insights into spending and savings.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian procurement regulations and practices is a plus.
