📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the installation and testing of MEP systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to identify and address any issues or defects in MEP systems.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to maintain high standards throughout the project.
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate completion of MEP work.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and quality assurance records.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to address quality concerns and ensure timely resolution.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in MEP quality control.
• Provide training and guidance to project team members on quality control procedures and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP quality control or a similar role in the construction industry.
• Certification in MEP quality control, such as LEED AP, BREEAM, or equivalent.
• Proficient in using quality control software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations and standards, including SNI (Indonesian National Standard).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Ability to travel and work in remote or challenging locations as required by the project.
