📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance tasks to ensure the safety and functionality of our facilities.
• Inspect and maintain building structures, including roofs, walls, and foundations.
• Conduct regular checks and inspections to identify and address any potential issues.
• Use tools and software such as AutoCAD and BIM 360 to manage and document maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of maintenance projects.
• Comply with all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor and maintain HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports on maintenance activities and facility conditions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in civil works maintenance.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and BIM 360 is a plus.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Physical fitness and ability to perform heavy lifting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
