📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Leading and managing a section of employees, ensuring that they are productive and meet their targets.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve the section's performance and efficiency.,Providing guidance and support to employees, helping them to develop their skills and advance their careers.,Monitoring and evaluating the section's performance, providing regular feedback and reports to management.,Collaborating with other departments and teams to ensure that the section's goals are aligned with the organization's overall objectives.,Representing the section at meetings and events, both internally and externally.,Ensuring that the section operates in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Identifying and addressing any issues or challenges that may arise within the section.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably with a master's degree or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry or organization.,Proven track record of success in leading and managing teams, with a demonstrated ability to achieve results.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using relevant software and tools, such as project management software, HRIS, and other business applications.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and inclusive work environment.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment, with a flexible and adaptable approach to change.
