📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Greet and assist patients and visitors with a smile, providing information and directions as needed.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Check-in and check-out patients, and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, and ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating with doctors and nurses.
  • Provide general administrative support to the reception team.
  • Contribute to a positive and welcoming environment for all.
  • Follow all health and safety protocols.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with basic computer software and email systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
