📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily operations of retail stores, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Manage and develop a team of store managers and staff, providing training and guidance.
  • Monitor inventory levels and implement effective stock control measures.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage budgets and financial performance of assigned stores.
  • Collaborate with corporate teams to drive operational excellence and innovation.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and market trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
