Point Bloom Sentosa is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our team. We are a growing company in Deli Serdang, Sumatera Utara, and we are looking for a professional who can help us manage our human resources effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and a passion for helping employees and the organization achieve their goals. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work from our office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and hire top talent.,Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition.,Administer and manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.,Lead and mentor the HR team to achieve departmental goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and local language (Mandarin or Batak).,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
