📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's vehicle fleet, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure safe and efficient transportation of goods and personnel.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date vehicle records, including maintenance logs, fuel consumption, and mileage.,Monitor and report on fleet performance metrics, such as fuel efficiency, vehicle utilization, and maintenance costs.,Work with the maintenance team to schedule and oversee vehicle repairs and servicing.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards.,Handle fleet-related administrative tasks, such as processing insurance claims and managing vehicle documentation.,Provide support to the logistics team in planning and executing transportation operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
