📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily F&B operations, including food preparation, service, and inventory management.
• Manage and train F&B staff to ensure high levels of customer service and food quality.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and food safety standards.
• Monitor and report on sales and operational performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the hotel management team to develop and implement F&B strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of all F&B transactions and expenses.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall success of the F&B department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B management or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing F&B operations in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Knowledge of food and beverage laws, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
