Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
  • Manage and develop a team of staff, providing training and support to ensure excellent service.
  • Monitor sales and profitability, implementing strategies to improve performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

  • Work closely with the corporate office to ensure consistency with company policies and procedures.
