Pacific Beverage is looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team in Surabaya. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Train and develop staff to improve service quality.,Monitor sales and revenue targets, and implement strategies to meet or exceed them.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Proven track record of managing staff and improving service quality.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
