📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in planning and executing daily food operations.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Manage inventory and ensure timely restocking of ingredients.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Participate in menu development and cost control initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assistant Chef or similar role.,Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related field.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.
