Assist in maintaining a clean and orderly office environment,Handle office supplies and ensure they are well-stocked,Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments,Assist with office administration tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping,Provide support to employees with their daily needs, such as tea and coffee, and other requests,Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion,Assist with office security and safety measures,Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and clients

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role,Strong organizational and time management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds,Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
