Design and develop molds for automotive components.Ensure molds meet quality standards and production requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize mold design and production processes.Conduct mold testing and analysis to ensure functionality and durability.Provide technical support and training to junior engineers.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in mold design.Maintain and update mold design documentation.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance mold design and production efficiency.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in mold design and development.Proficient in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA.Strong understanding of automotive manufacturing processes and materials.Experience with mold flow analysis software (e.g., Moldflow, Simufact) is a plus.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong communication and presentation skills.🛠️ Keahlian
