PT Garuda Media is seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing and a passion for clear, concise, and accurate communication.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with software developers to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Write user manuals, API documentation, and other technical guides,Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide training and support to other team members on technical writing best practices,Work with cross-functional teams to gather information and create documentation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,3-5 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of software development concepts and processes,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong attention to detail and ability to review and edit technical content,Familiarity with Markdown and HTML is a plus
