📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and develop job descriptions and specifications.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recruitment solutions.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Assist in the onboarding process of new hires.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
