📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitoring and maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Providing technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Managing user accounts and access permissions.,Installing, configuring, and updating software and operating systems.,Ensuring data backup and recovery procedures are in place and regularly tested.,Collaborating with other IT team members to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.,Assisting in the planning and implementation of IT projects.,Ensuring compliance with IT policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.,Experience with network protocols and troubleshooting.,Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
