📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive shopping experience.,Maintain cash registers and ensure accurate financial records.,Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions securely.,Assist customers with product information and promotions.,Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally.,Perform inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies.,Follow company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.,Basic knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and local culture.,Ability to work shift hours, including weekends and holidays.
