📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the planning and coordination of tours, including itinerary development and logistical arrangements.
• Work closely with the Tour Coordinator to ensure all tour details are accurately communicated and executed.
• Coordinate with local vendors, tour guides, and transportation providers to ensure smooth tour operations.
• Assist in the management of tour schedules and guest communications, including confirmations and updates.
• Support the Tour Coordinator in the preparation of tour materials, such as maps, guides, and promotional materials.
• Assist in the organization of pre-tour briefings and post-tour evaluations to ensure continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the development of new tour products and services to enhance the guest experience.
• Assist in the management of tour budgets and expenses, ensuring financial accountability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in tour coordination, travel planning, or a related role in the tourism industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple tours simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse team of professionals.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Familiarity with tour management software, such as TourRadar, is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
